Falcon Flues will now solely be concentrating on our core commercial design, supply and installation services. In line with this, we have restructured the company and invested significantly in our management team. This ensures that we not only uphold our existing standards but also deliver an even higher quality of service in the future. As part of the restructure we have transferred the domestic division to The Flue House, a company who share the same approach as us to customer service and operational efficiency.

When Falcon Flues was first established in 2015 we focused on providing a high quality, comprehensive design, supply & installation service to the commercial sector. In 2019 an opportunity arose to set up a separate division supplying flues, chimney fans, stoves and associated products to the domestic market.

Due to success of the business and the continued growth of the company, we decided that in order to maintain the high standards of service we had become known for, we needed to refocus our energies on our core business, the commercial sector.

To this end, we wanted to talk to a likeminded company with a view to transferring the operation of the domestic side of the business. The Flue House absolutely fitted the bill, operating a very similar model to us in the Midlands and also having a reputation for high levels of customer service. We already had an existing longstanding relationship with the management team and therefore both parties could see the potential benefits for a transfer of the business from Falcon Flues to The Flue House. This was completed in October and The Flue House are now fully operational with the same team who ran the domestic division so successfully for Falcon Flues.

With a clear focus on the commercial sector, we have now carried out a full review of what we needed to do to evolve in line with the changing requirements of our customer base and the market in general. This involved taking a close look at our processes and procedures and implementing improvements where required. We have also restructured the company and invested more in the management team to ensure that we not only maintain the standards we have already set ourselves but that we provide an even higher quality of service.

With our renewed focus comes a new energy and determination to be the best we can be. The changes we have implemented make us extremely confident that we are fully prepared to take on the challenges ahead and we are very excited to work with our customers on new and interesting projects in the future.
